Exploring how enterprise technology, data management, and AI are reshaping how businesses operate, compete, and connect with customers.
I lead product marketing and solutions for SAP's Planning, Analytics, and Intelligent Applications within the BTP Data & Analytics Group. Before that, I spent five years running Salesforce Marketing Cloud's Data & Identity group. My career has been spent at the intersection of digital media, data management, and customer experience — from the early days of DMPs through the rise of CDPs and now into the era of AI-driven enterprise intelligence.
My writing explores the future of enterprise software and data — not just in marketing, but across the full stack from ERP to CRM. I'm interested in how data management, AI, and cloud platforms are reshaping the way businesses operate, plan, and connect with their customers.
My work has been published in AdExchanger, Econsultancy, The Future of Customer Engagement, and other industry publications. I've also written best practice guides on topics ranging from programmatic branding to the role of agencies in data management.
